Job Title: Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Systems

Areas to be covered: National (ideally based Northern Home Counties' / South East)

Remuneration: £60,000 - £80,000 + bonus tbc

Company car or car allowance and standard benefits packages

The role of the Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Systems will involve:

·Business Development Manager position promoting the installation services of external envelope systems such as; cladding, SFS, curtain walling, rainscreen, windows & glazing

·All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors and sub-contractors

·Turnover target circa £3-5m

·Average project size are £1m

·Majority of your time will be spent generating new business

·Projects include; student accommodation, high-rise resident, affordable homes, office blocks and luxury homes

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Systems with:

• Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling, fenestration sectors

·Must have sold to main contractors & sub-contractors

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be able to hit the ground running
• IT literate
