Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Salesforce product roadmap to align with business objectives and user needs
• Guide project teams with governance, priorities, and controls to ensure successful outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce initiatives within scope, timelines, and quality
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and senior leadership
• Monitor performance, identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate progress clearly
• Continuously review and improve Salesforce capabilities to maximise business value and growth

Key requirements

• Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of Salesforce products, projects, or programs
• Strong project management expertise including governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to influence, organise, and lead multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of product ownership, prioritisation, and value-driven delivery
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
