You will handle Wills, trusts and powers of attorney while supporting estate planning and administration, with scope to contribute to strategic growth across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. The role blends technical delivery with client service, business development and mentoring of junior colleagues. Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Estate planning and administration

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with solid Wills & Probate experience
• Strong technical knowledge of private client law
