Overview

In this role you will shape ServiceNow architectural standards and act as the Design Authority, guiding complex solutions for high-profile clients. You’ll influence bids, own design documentation, and drive best practices across the delivery lifecycle. This is a collaborative, UK-wide opportunity with hybrid on-site and remote work, supported by a strong focus on certification and progression. You will contribute thought leadership and innovative ideas to both existing and new opportunities, making an impact through architecture leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce architectural standards across the delivery lifecycle
• Act as the recognised Architect/Design Authority for ServiceNow solutions
• Own Low- and High-Level Design documentation
• Contribute to bids and present proposals to clients
• Provide thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to clients and opportunities

Key requirements

• Hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture
• Experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
• Broad Now Platform experience including SaaS administration
• Understanding of ServiceNow SaaS and on-premises environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to hold SC Security Clearance and possess a sole British passport (required)
• Desirable: ServiceNow CSA, implementations certifications, ITIL Foundation
