Data, Analytics & AI Solution Architect

Overview

In this senior, hands-on architect role, you will own end-to-end data, analytics and AI solution designs in a Microsoft-first environment. You’ll translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures and guide delivery teams from prototyping to production readiness. You’ll lead architecture reviews, ensure governance and security, and help modernize decision making across core functions. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for data, analytics, and AI use cases with focus on design quality, security, scalability, and cost
• Translate business needs into practical target designs and guidance for delivery teams
• Lead prototyping, architecture reviews, troubleshooting, and code/design reviews
• Ensure security, governance, compliance, and operational readiness from design through production deployment

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years IT experience, including 10+ years in senior solution architecture for data/analytics/AI platforms
• 2+ years hands-on delivery experience with Microsoft-first AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow)
• 7+ years hands-on experience with Azure-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, data lake architectures, SQL, dimensional modeling)
• Proven ability to own end-to-end solution architecture, prototype/POC validation, and production readiness reviews
• Strong experience with enterprise security, governance, compliance and ability to collaborate with enterprise architects and regulatory functions
• Excellent English communication and cross-stakeholder alignment skills

• Hands-on technical leadership
• Strong architecture judgment across data, analytics, AI, integration, security, and non-functional requirements
• Ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions
• Power BI architecture (semantic models, DAX, Power Query)
• Azure data platforms (Data Factory, Databricks, data lake, SQL)
• Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow
