Overview

As Head of Influencers, you will lead creator and ambassador marketing across Myprotein brands, shaping strategy, partnerships, and measurable growth. You’ll build a diverse creator network, manage campaigns end-to-end, and align creator activity with brand and commercial goals. You’ll collaborate with brand, social, PR, ecommerce and performance teams to drive cross-functional impact. This senior role offers scope to evolve influencer measurement and scale programs globally while balancing local market needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the influencer and ambassador strategy across all three brands from planning to delivery and measurement
• Build a diverse network of creators, athletes and experts aligned with each brand
• Lead partnerships across paid campaigns, gifting, affiliate activity, events, product launches and long-term programmes
• Create briefs enabling authentic content while meeting brand and commercial objectives
• Collaborate with brand, social, PR, ecommerce and performance teams to connect creator activity with wider campaigns
• Manage budgets, agency relationships, contracts and negotiations for strong value and rights
• Define meaningful measures of success (reach, engagement, traffic, sales, ROI) and optimize accordingly
• Lead and develop the influencer team and establish efficient delivery processes
• Ensure partnerships are transparent, compliant and backed by accurate product claims
