Property Litigation Solicitor / FCILEX (0-3 PQE)

Overview

In this role you join a specialist Property Litigation team within a respected South West firm, advising social housing providers, local authorities and housing organisations. You will handle a varied caseload with guidance from Partners, developing expertise in housing management, tenancy disputes and related court work. Responsibilities

• Housing management and tenancy disputes handling
• Possession, disrepair and anti-social behaviour matters
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence and legal documentation
• Court work, mediations and advisory support
• Developing relationships with regional and national housing clients
• Supporting wider team initiatives and business development

Key requirements

• Solicitor or FCILEX with 0-3 years' PQE (candidates outside this range may be considered)
• Experience or interest in property litigation and/or social housing
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
