Overview

As Marketing Production Manager for Prime Video International, you oversee 360-degree marketing campaigns for Live Sports properties across Europe, Canada and Latin America. You ensure asset delivery, timelines, and budgets are met while optimizing production throughput. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, and external agencies to improve output and productivity. This role offers a chance to shape how fans experience live sports content on a global platform and influence the production roadmap.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume, high-turnaround campaigns across multiple regions
Oversee asset delivery and campaign execution across ATL and BTL channels (art, video, OOH, print, social, display, owned & operated)
Run end-to-end campaign operations: workflows, timelines, resources, budgets
Document processes and drive continuous improvement within the production team
Identify opportunities to standardize, offshore, and automate tasks
Contribute to the Sports production roadmap and propose efficiency improvements to senior leadership
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to assess requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain governance, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across production phases
Provide regular progress updates and flag budget/time implications to stakeholders

Key requirements

Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion
Experience producing marketing materials for Owned & Operated channels
Strong knowledge of key art, OLV, OOH, print, social, display, and O&O delivery workflows
strong stakeholder management and communication skills
