Senior Solicitor - Commercial Property - Yeovil - 5+ Years' PQE

Overview

In this role you will lead a busy commercial property practice within a supportive South West firm, handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work for a diverse client base including agricultural businesses, landlords, and developers. You will work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team and actively develop your own client base. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals
• Handle leasehold matters and landlord-tenant work
• Oversee development projects and related documentation
• Provide clear, pragmatic transactional advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop your own client base through networking and business development
• Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team

Key requirements

• 5+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Experience or interest in agricultural property (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• High attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach
• Confidence in developing client relationships and supporting team growth
