Overview

In this role you will partner with senior leaders to move from a traditional HR approach to a strategic, value-adding business partnering function. You will influence decisions using data, insight and commercial thinking to deliver meaningful people outcomes. The position covers strategic partnering, transformation, workforce planning, coaching and risk management. This is a newly created role with exposure to executive stakeholders and an opportunity to shape a modern HRBP model within a growing professional services organisation. You will drive transformation and work closely with the leadership team to deliver impact.
