Project Manager

Overview

In this Project Manager role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects for the Key and Asset Management unit, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time, on-budget outcomes. You will act as the main liaison for clients and internal teams, escalate issues, and provide some pre-sales support when needed. You’ll report to the UK Portfolio Manager and ensure governance, quality, and financial targets are met while enabling smooth transitions into operations. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and R&D to enable growth and travel to customer sites as required. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, assign duties, manage P&L, track costs vs budget, and control changes with approvals
• Act as single point of contact for clients and internal teams, chair reviews, escalate issues, report progress
• Record time, forecast invoicing and revenue, support project transition to operations
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality targets, manage risks and issues with contingency plans, adhere to TRAKA governance
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and R&D to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and support business growth, including travel to client sites

Key requirements

• PRINCE2 or APM qualification with proven project leadership experience in a technical/technology environment
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and excellent verbal/written communication
