Head of EU Sales Go-To-Market, Ads, Sales Go-To-Market

Overview

In this role you own the end-to-end EU go-to-market strategy for Amazon Ads, adapting global initiatives to European markets. You lead regional launches, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive advertiser engagement and adoption across Europe. You act as the voice of EU customers and sales to influence global strategy and product direction. Your work centers on delivering a cohesive, data-driven GTM with measurable impact and a high-performing regional team.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EU SGTM strategy aligned with global direction while addressing EU market nuances
• Lead regional product launches and enablement to empower EU sales teams
• Represent EU customer and sales voice to influence global strategy and product direction
• Drive adoption across the Amazon Ads portfolio through regional programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and SGTM peers to maintain a cohesive GTM
• Establish operating cadence with regular business reviews and data-driven decision-making
• Communicate industry trends and product developments to teams and leadership at all levels
• Lead, hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing EU GTM team

Key requirements

• Experience building and leading large teams in a matrixed structure
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives and cross-functional teams
• Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
