In this role you will partner with Legend’s iGaming leadership to translate financial data into actionable business guidance. You will build models, challenge forecasts and steer investment decisions, connecting financial results with commercial outcomes. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and turn insights into decisions that drive growth across products and markets. This is a hands-on, impact-driven FP&A role in a fast-paced, data-rich environment with broad ownership.
Responsibilities
Act as Finance Business Partner to iGaming leadership and support commercial decision-making
Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts and scenario analyses
Analyze P&L and EBITDA drivers to identify underlying performance themes
Challenge assumptions and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Marketing and Data teams to link financial performance with operations
Improve forecasting processes and reporting to enable insightful decision-making
Identify opportunities and risks early and drive actions based on data
Elevate FP&A standards by refining models and processes
Key requirements
Fully qualified accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Experience as Finance Business Partner or in a similar role with senior non-finance stakeholders
Strong commercial judgement with a track record of influencing decisions
Proven financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning skills
Strong understanding of P&L and EBITDA and ability to link to operational drivers
Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships
Proactive, curious mindset with strong communication skills
Experience in fast-paced, commercially complex environments; iGaming, gaming, digital media, tech, or data-rich consumer business is advantageous
