Senior Cost Manager - Infrastructure

Overview

In this role you will serve as a Senior Cost Manager within the UK Infrastructure practice, guiding cost control and commercial governance across projects. You will work closely with clients and Turner & Townsend teams to monitor costs, manage variances, and support procurement and value engineering efforts. Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget
• Monitor cost variance and cash flow; ensure timely applications
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering
• Manage contract change within governance and best practices
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders
• Negotiate and agree final accounts
• Commission management as needed
