Responsibilities
Advise on a broad range of infrastructure, PPP and public sector projects
Draft and negotiate complex commercial and project documentation
Support major bids, procurements and strategic infrastructure transactions
Build client relationships and contribute to business development
Take early responsibility and work within multidisciplinary teams
Develop your own client relationships and commercial profile
Key requirements
Projects Lawyer with experience in infrastructure PPP projects, public sector transactions or related commercial projects
Experience advising on infrastructure, PPP, PFI or public sector contracts
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills
Understanding of complex commercial and contractual arrangements
Ability to work directly with clients and manage defined workstreams
Collaborative and commercially focused approach
Interest in developing client relationships and business development
Open to lawyers with varying levels of PQE
