Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects and programmes across the full lifecycle
• Deliver against client objectives and contractual commitments
• Oversee contract management and commercial controls
• Provide leadership to project teams and foster collaboration in ambiguous environments
• Manage health, safety, quality and environmental performance
• Coordinate multiple work streams and communicate with senior client representatives
• Develop and mentor project teams on large projects or programmes
• Foster a curious, growth-oriented mindset and drive delivery improvements

Key requirements

• Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management across the lifecycle
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management, with ability to build trusted client relationships
• Strong problem solving, analytical and numerical skills to translate complex problems into solutions
• Ability to work under pressure, motivate others and drive results
• Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills to manage multiple streams
