Sales Progressor

Overview

In this role you drive the customer journey from reservation through completion, coordinating conveyancing steps and ensuring smooth exchanges. You work closely with sales, build teams and administrators to hit sales targets, including off‑plan and part exchange opportunities. You engage with customers face-to-face, over the phone and in writing, delivering proactive updates and resolving barriers. This position offers the chance to contribute to a growth‑focused, collaborative culture while supporting customers through a pivotal home purchase experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for purchasers from reservation to completion
• Guide purchasers through the conveyancing process and drive swift exchanges
• Meet sales targets, including progressing off‑plan sales
• Communicate proactively with customers and provide progress reports
• Coordinate dates with build and sales management teams
• Serve notices to complete and manage funds with solicitors
• Capture customer feedback for analysis
• Assist with handover on completion day with Sales Offices
• Collaborate with advisors and managers on potential part exchange / smoothmove
• Build rapport with local agents to arrange valuations for part exchange
• Progress part exchange transactions from sale to completion
• Visit and maintain stock part exchange properties, coordinating with cleaners and gardeners

Key requirements
