• Work directly with dairy farming businesses to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Provide practical advice across dairy performance, business management and profitability
• Leverage data and on-farm insights to support decision-making
• Manage a portfolio of clients and build trusted, long-term relationships
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to add value for customers

• Genetics, breeding or performance recording
• Agricultural advisory or field-based roles
• Solid understanding of UK dairy farming
• Good commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
