CDE Lead / Principal Consultant - Real Estate - UK Wide

Overview

In this role you drive Information Management and CDE delivery for global clients, shaping how data governs major projects. You will lead CDE setup, governance, and adoption, collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise. You’ll work at strategy and project levels to improve data quality and project delivery using cutting-edge tools. Responsibilities

• Lead complex stakeholder engagement to drive CDE adoption
• Configure and implement CDE aligned with client needs and ISO 19650 best practice
• Establish change control and governance for CDE configurations
• Develop Information Standards (BEPs, AIR/EIR) and CDE requirements
• Create programme-wide reporting and analytics on CDE usage
• Oversee day-to-day CDE operations and drive continuous improvement
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing users

Key requirements

• 5+ years as Information Manager / CDE Specialist / Lead Document Controller
• Understanding of BIM in Information Management and Document Control
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards (Part 2) and their impact
• Experience developing Information Standards and documentation (BEPs, AIR/EIR)
• Mentoring or managing CDE Managers / Document Controllers
• Admin level experience with Autodesk Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• User level experience with at least one other CDE / EDMS system
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with optional CDE/EDMS features (e-procurement, ACC Take-off)
