Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences using service techniques
• Assist customers in-store and online to find products across channels
• Support store presentation and visual standards to create an engaging shopping environment
• Collaborate with management to drive store performance and achieve KPIs
• Contribute to a safe, compliant store operation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Support Your Voice initiatives and act as a store ambassador for engagement and communication
• Act as a Key Holder to assist opening/closing in exceptional circumstances (where trained)
• Share product knowledge to inform customer recommendations and boost sales

Key requirements

• Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and awareness of trends
