Project Manager

Overview

As a Project Manager, you lead the delivery of a large CAT B fit-out project in Edinburgh, guiding it from construction through completion and handover. You’ll work with premium clients and cross-functional teams to keep the programme on track, uphold safety and quality, and manage a range of subcontract packages. This is a growth-phase role at a reputable contractor, offering exposure to high-profile projects and clear progression paths. You will shape project outcomes through proactive planning and close client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of the project
• Manage subcontractors and ensure on-schedule, quality-focused works
• Coordinate with commercial and design teams
• Manage construction programme and identify risks/delays
• Lead site meetings and maintain client communication
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards
• Guide project through commissioning, completion and handover

Key requirements

• Experienced Project Manager with strong background in commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment
• Experience delivering CAT A/CAT B fit-out projects in live or technically demanding environments
• Comfort working with premium clients and professional teams
• Commercially aware, programme-focused, able to manage multiple subcontract packages
• Maintains high standards of quality, programme adherence and client experience
