Technical Supervisor

Overview

As Technical Supervisor on a trophy site in Mayfair, you will ensure safe, efficient operation of M&E systems while driving performance against SLA and KPI targets. You’ll oversee assets, conduct safety audits, and implement system improvements to support the client and team. This role blends hands-on technical work with reporting, compliance, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with an established team and have clear progression opportunities within the company.

Pay / Benefits

• Salary up to 60,000
• Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
• On-call 1 in 4
• 25 Days annual leave

Responsibilities

• Support monthly engineering performance reporting
• Drive compliance with SLA and KPI targets
• Operate facility systems safely and efficiently
• Oversee MEP assets and compliance with statutory requirements
• Monitor CAFM performance and ensure timely task completion
• Escalate critical equipment issues with recommendations
• Conduct health and safety inspections, site audits and logbook reviews
• Manage incidents, near-misses, and post-incident reviews
• Perform site inspections to verify quality and standards
• Review RAMS, competencies and permits
• Identify opportunities for system and operational improvements
• Communicate and implement technical, statutory and legislative updates

Key requirements

• Formal electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of commercial building services maintenance experience
• Strong technical understanding of commercial M&E infrastructure
• Driven, professional, and confident in client-facing scenarios
