Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales/purchases, freehold/leasehold, new builds)
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Utilise digital case management systems to streamline work and improve service delivery
• Support the team in handling complex residential transactions

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a positive attitude
