Overview

As a Product Manager at Lendable, you will own post-booking product areas such as payments, collections, limit increases, spend, and the mobile app. You’ll run experiments across the customer lifecycle and collaborate with data science, credit risk, and ops to scale the US and UK businesses. You’ll test ideas quickly, gather customer input, and ship improvements that reduce friction and improve outcomes. This role offers ownership, cross-functional impact, and opportunities to shape fintech products at speed.

Responsibilities

Run experiments across the customer lifecycle (payments reminders, autopay setup, engagement gamification)
Collaborate with credit risk and data science on applying models to new use cases
Prototype inexpensive test methods (manual tests, emails, scripts) before committing engineering effort
Gather customer research for unbiased insights
Build AI-enabled tools and automations to save time for ops and the wider business
Ship features and unblock developers, coordinate with legal/compliance, and document ops processes

Key requirements

1–4 years in product, strategy, analytics, consulting or operations
Curiosity and ability to ask why and understand root causes
Strong hypothesis-driven testing mindset with quick iteration
Proficiency in SQL or Python for data-driven decision making
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) in work or side projects
Willingness to take on small tasks in a lean product team and adapt to changing priorities
Bonus: experience in lending, payments, fintech or fast-growing startup
