Project Planner

Overview

In this role you will coordinate planning sessions, develop and maintain construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau, and ensure schedule integrity across multi-project environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to deliver a valuable planning service and keep projects on track. The role supports our growth and 2025 vision by driving schedule performance, risk analysis, and clear reporting. You will engage with stakeholders daily and travel to construction sites as needed, shaping delivery through proactive planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning sessions and workshops to compile master schedules
• Develop and maintain detailed construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and execute schedules
• Provide interface and quality assurance on schedule tracking and reporting
• Produce progress reports and look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months)
• Perform probabilistic, critical path, and schedule risk analyses
• Identify deviations from baselines and propose corrective actions
• Coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform
• Ensure timely communication of potential issues delaying the schedule
• Provide client-focused scheduling output for monthly project reports

Key requirements

• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6
