Looking for something a little different from your usual retail merchandising role?

We're working with a leading name in retail, and they're looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join their growing team in Bristol.

What's in it for you?

• Own the merchandising strategy for your division
• Drive sales, stock and profit through strong commercial analysis

We're looking for someone who…

• Has solid retail merchandising experience, ideally within a multi-brand environment
• Is commercially sharp and confident working with WSSI, forecasting, intake, stock and OTB
• Loves getting into the numbers but can also see the bigger commercial picture
• Is confident making decisions and taking calculated risks
• Has strong product and market awareness
• Enjoys working collaboratively with Buying and wider commercial teams
• Is naturally organised, proactive and able to keep things moving when priorities change
• Has experience managing or developing a team

If you're ready to take your merchandising career somewhere a little more interesting, international and unconventional, this could be a great next move.
