AddeGrad Program (2027) - Client Solutions Analyst

Overview

In this role you will help design and implement Addepar solutions for new clients, driving value through understanding client needs and aligning the platform with their complex requirements. You will gain deep product knowledge while supporting clients, then progress to design and deliver implementations in cross-functional settings. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure seamless integration within the Addepar ecosystem, with a clear path toward broader client services roles.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by designing and overseeing tailored Addepar implementations
• Ensure solutions are compatible with other Addepar products and services
• Provide hands-on client support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data/calculation discrepancies
• Conduct root-cause analysis with R&D, Product, and Account Management
• Learn and apply platform knowledge to maximize client usage in onboarding and hands-on instruction
• In rotations, design solutions, execute project implementations, and drive successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and standard methodologies
• Communicate project health and status to internal and external senior leadership

Key requirements

• BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field with graduation windows Fall 2026–Spring 2027
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented with problem-solving passion
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions for complex problems
• Independent, adaptable, and fast-paced work style
• Interest in global wealth management business
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proactive, collaborative team player with work ethic
• Internship experience in finance, technology, or consulting is a plus
