Key requirements
Strong background in accounting or finance, preferably in FMCG
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly
Proven track record of supporting business planning and decision-making
Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) would be advantageous
