As Senior Management Accountant, you lead a small finance team to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting within a multi-entity, fast-paced environment. You will own close processes, maintain GL integrity, and provide management accounts and KPI analysis for senior stakeholders. You’ll strengthen controls, support audits, and drive finance transformation and system enhancements. This role offers strategic influence and leadership development in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities
lead a small team to ensure timely financial reporting
oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
review balance sheet reconciliations and journals
maintain general ledger integrity
support production of management accounts, KPI reporting and financial analysis
strengthen financial controls and support audits
drive process improvements and participate in finance transformation and systems projects
Key requirements
fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
strong technical accounting knowledge
finance systems expertise
advanced Excel skills
confident and collaborative leader
experience managing and developing teams
experience in large, complex organisations
ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
advantageous: experience in professional services or finance transformation projects
