Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious
• Support HR teams and senior management on employee relations issues
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish, including ACAS Early Conciliation
• Advise on complex issues such as discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE and workplace investigations
• Collaborate with corporate, commercial and dispute resolution colleagues on cross-disciplinary matters

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in Employment law
• Strong experience advising employer clients on a broad range of employment matters
• Proven Employment Tribunal experience
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and drafting skills
• Enthusiastic about business development and contributing to team growth
