Quality Auditor

Overview

In this role, you will perform regular QA checks and audits on ingredients and processes to ensure food safety and compliance. You will calibrate measuring devices, collect samples, and monitor production lines to uphold quality and customer requirements. You will participate in taste panels and log results, while auditing documentation for foreign body controls. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for progression into leadership, within a supportive, family-like company culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular checks and audits on ingredients and processes for GMP, traceability and compliance
• Calibrate scales, temperature probes and other measuring devices
• Collect micro samples, water samples and environmental swabs
• Monitor production lines to ensure product safety and quality
• Coordinate and participate in daily taste panels and log results in Excel
• Audit production documentation and procedures for foreign body controls (e.g., glass & hard plastic)
