Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in emerging technology areas (AI, data, software-led innovation)
• Prototype practical AI-enabled solutions and apply skills to business challenges
• Develop functional technology skills through early- and ongoing training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive projects forward
• Learn and practice software development, data analysis, and ML concepts
• Participate in mentoring and networking opportunities within the tech function

Key requirements

• Degree background in Cybersecurity, Data Science, Technology & Engineering preferred
• Proven experience with data analytics, coding, or technology development
• Interest in AI/ML content and emerging tech, with practical project exposure
• Comfort with Python or another programming language; willingness to learn new AI tools
