Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of coating, refurbishment and water infrastructure projects across the UK. You will plan, monitor and control safety, quality, budget and schedule to meet client expectations. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and maintain strong client relationships to uphold the company’s reputation. This is an opportunity to shape major water infrastructure projects with a growing specialist contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from contract award to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives
• Deliver projects on programme, within budget and to client expectations
• Monitor progress and provide regular progress reports
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental compliance
• Manage project documentation, procurement and resource planning
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Attend site visits and project meetings across the UK
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery

Key requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction, industrial coatings, water, utilities, civils, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes and resources
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Water industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
