MDM Analyst – Customer & Supplier (FTC until Dec 2027)

Overview

In this MDM Analyst role, you’ll safeguard the accuracy and consistency of Customer and Supplier master data across Rotork’s global systems. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and an offshore data partner to implement governance, boost data quality, and enable new ways of working. You’ll coordinate data requests, guide triage decisions, and support ongoing improvements. This role offers impact by shaping master data practices in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for offshore MDM maintenance team
• Manage and coordinate Customer and Supplier data requests with governance and SLAs
• Review and triage data requests with guidance on action
• Support data quality initiatives through validation and cleansing
• Investigate and resolve master data issues with stakeholders and SMEs
• Train and onboard new MDM requesters and approvers
• Contribute to development and documentation of MDM processes, standards, and controls
