Digital Health Solutions Executive (Diagnostics)

Overview

Join Abbott's Digital Health Solutions team to drive growth of our digital health engagements across healthcare accounts. You will promote consulting services to hospitals, private health systems, and lab networks, collaborating with account teams to shape strategy and deliver sustainable growth. As a trusted advisor, you will share insights on healthcare trends and digital transformation to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and patient outcomes. This role lets you influence healthcare delivery at scale within a global leader in diagnostics and digital health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow assigned healthcare accounts
• Identify and qualify new opportunities across the Digital Health Solutions portfolio
• Lead development, presentation, and negotiation of customer proposals and contracts
• Understand customer priorities, objectives, and performance metrics
• Act as trusted advisor on healthcare trends, digital transformation, and operational improvement
• Advocate for customers internally at Abbott
• Maintain knowledge of digital health technologies, IT systems, and workflow integration
• Understand evolving digital health landscape and value creation for providers

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluency in English and local market language
• Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or solution selling
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience selling professional services, consulting engagements, or healthcare technology solutions
• Knowledge of digital health, healthcare IT, diagnostics, laboratory informatics, or SaaS solutions
• Understanding of hospital IT environments and healthcare workflows
