In this role you will own and manage customer account data in SAP, ensuring accurate and consistent master data for CSA contracts. You will support the Customer Service team to facilitate high-quality data input and timely updates, while guiding data hygiene and issue resolution. You will work cross-functionally to implement rollouts, data cleansing, and process improvements that reduce errors and invoicing issues. Your work will help sustain excellent client onboarding and data integrity across the business.

Responsibilities
Enter and upload new locations in SAP daily
Maintain data integrity and input accuracy with quality checks
Identify duplicates and coordinate with field teams for accuracy
Ensure CSA completion to standard for proper client setup
Liaise with Customer Services CCAs and Sales to verify data
Coordinate with operations for routing inputs and welcome letters
Conduct periodic master data audits and ongoing data cleansing
Collaborate with Support Centre to maintain centralized data elements
Manage clearing of failed bdocs and iBase errors
Run and correct invoices-not-on-invoice-list report
Handle VFX3 report management
Provide SAP training and contribute to change-tracking documentation
Develop and follow quality SOPs and data governance practices
Key requirements
SAP experience is valuable
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Visio
Strong reading and interpretation of client contracts
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Effective business communication and collaboration abilities
Strong follow-up skills and professionalism
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Experience with data input/management and maintaining a current database of accounts
