Overview

As Hazardous Waste Business Development Manager, you will drive growth across the Midlands by developing new client relationships and expanding services in hazardous waste handling and recycling. You will work with cross-functional teams to promote solutions, manage leads, and close profitable opportunities. You will be the face of the business in the market, identifying non-hazardous waste opportunities and optimizing waste management offerings. This role offers a strong commission package, a company car, and clear progression within a growing environmental services company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain effective relationships with new and existing clients to offer hazardous waste collection and treatment services and recycling opportunities.
• Generate and follow up sales leads, visit potential and current customers, and secure new business at reasonable profit.
• Promote the company’s services to broaden client base and fuel growth.

Key requirements

• Waste Management Sales / Business Development experience
• Experience with hazardous waste management companies
• Field sales experience
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Track record of bringing in new business (advantageous)
