Responsibilities

Build and present tailored finance and insurance packages
Support the delivery of Vertu's proven sales process
Drive departmental performance against targets
Maximise vehicle and product sales opportunities
Ensure customers receive clear, compliant information
Promote finance, warranties, insurance products and protection packages
Support both first and second-facing customer interactions
Maintain high standards of customer experience and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with management and sales teams to meet dealership objectives

Key requirements

Previous experience in a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive within the motor industry
Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and related regulations
Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building with customers and colleagues
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and initiative
Genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer outcomes
Full UK Driving Licence
