Account Executive, Hilton Direct

Overview

As part of Hilton Direct EMEA, you drive growth and client satisfaction by managing opportunities for a portfolio of clients while leveraging strategic support from the Manager. You will also pursue new account development, building robust relationships and contributing to revenue growth through new business. The role integrates client management with business development, aligning with Hilton Direct’s strategic goals. You will work cross-functionally to convert opportunities, source venues, and ensure smooth onboarding. This is a growth-focused, impact-driven position within a collaborative hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Manage meeting opportunities for an assigned client portfolio
• Develop new accounts and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to revenue growth for Hilton Direct hotels
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and integration of new accounts
• Document business opportunities in relevant systems
• Participate in industry events and represent Hilton Worldwide
• Track sales performance and report metrics
• Ensure proposals and contracts are validated and compliant
• Coordinate administrative tasks and reporting figures

Key requirements

• Proven Sales experience
• Fluency in spoken Turkish
• High School/ GED
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Salesforce or similar sales systems
• Understanding of sales processes and measurements
