Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day branch sales operations
Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales negotiators and support staff
Drive new business through valuations, instructions and networking
Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
Monitor KPIs, sales targets and team activity
Hold regular one-to-ones and performance reviews
Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Maintain knowledge of the local market and competitor activity
Ensure processes comply with property legislation and company standards
Collaborate with other departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities
Key requirements
Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally as a Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation ability
Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
Thorough knowledge of the sales process and property legislation
Ability to lead by example and build a high-performance culture
