Senior Surveyor/Associate - Capital Markets

Overview

In this role you support the growth of Bidwells' Capital Markets team in London by advising on investment acquisitions and disposals for institutional and professional clients. You will manage the full deal lifecycle, build your own client network, and contribute ideas to expand the capital markets offering. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver market-informed strategies and high-quality guidance. This is a driver role for growth, profile development, and market leadership in UK commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Advise investors on acquisitions and disposals across the UK commercial property market
• Manage investment sale and acquisition mandates from pitch to completion
• Identify opportunities and provide informed, commercially focused investment advice
• Prepare investment reports, pitches and client presentations
• Conduct financial and property analysis to support recommendations
• Coordinate due diligence with clients, solicitors, agents and advisers
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and the agency network
• Develop own network and generate new business opportunities
• Monitor market activity, pricing, yields and trends to inform clients
• Collaborate with agency, development, planning, valuation and building consultancy teams
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to growth and profile of the London Capital Markets team

Key requirements

• MRICS qualified
• experience in UK commercial property investment or capital markets
• investment acquisitions and/or disposals experience
• commercially astute with understanding of pricing and returns
• confident managing transactions and communicating with clients
• well connected or actively developing a UK investment network
• capable of originating opportunities and contributing to business development
