VP Solution Advisory EMEA & APAC

Overview

In this role you lead and scale the EMEA Solution Advisory organization, guiding strategic presales efforts and direct customer engagements. You partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth, solution adoption, and customer success while shaping a world-class presales function. You will leverage AI-driven contract intelligence to articulate business value to executive stakeholders and drive transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Solution Advisory team across EMEA
• Partner with Sales to grow pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and enable deal closure
• Engage executive stakeholders to articulate business value of AI-powered contract intelligence
• Act as trusted advisor in strategic sales cycles with executive presentations
• Lead solution design, proofs-of-concept, and impactful demonstrations
• Drive AI, automation, and emerging technologies to differentiate solutions
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, partners, and system integrators on strategy and go-to-market
• Establish and monitor KPIs, optimize presales processes and win rates
• Manage travel (20–30%) to support customer engagements and opportunities

Key requirements

• Experience in presales, solution advisory, or technical consulting in enterprise software
• Proven leadership of geographically distributed teams
• Strong technical background in AI, automation, and enterprise software
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Hands-on approach to leading demonstrations and sales cycles
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a customer-first mindset
