Project Manager with Salesforce – Central London

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end CRM projects in a global brand's Central London HQ, focusing on Salesforce and Siebel implementations within a transformation programme. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape CRM strategy, manage delivery across complex roadmaps, and drive change management while decommissioning legacy systems. This is a high-visibility position that combines technical CRM leadership with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project life-cycle for CRM projects (Salesforce/Siebel)
• Lead transformation programme delivery and change management
• Coordinate decommissioning of legacy applications
• Execute business planning, prioritisation and pipeline management
• Engage multiple stakeholders and present to senior audiences
• Ensure strong governance and delivery in a fast-paced, international context
• Collaborate with Product Owners/Senior BAs in CRM and data warehouse initiatives

Key requirements

• 5+ years IT Project Management experience, preferably in a Transformation programme
• 3–5 years experience working on Siebel or Salesforce projects
• Experience as PM, Product Owner or Senior BA with an enterprise CRM package (Siebel or Salesforce)
• Experience with enterprise data warehouse/BI tools (preferably OBIEE/Hyperion or SAP BO)
• Minimum Bachelor degree in IT or Business
• International/global business exposure
