Senior Quantity Surveyor - London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead commercial management across complex infrastructure projects , ensuring budgets are controlled, contracts are managed, and risks mitigated. You'll collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, applying your expertise in NEC contracts to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Projects You'll Work On
Get hands-on with HS2 and major Network Rail framework agreements, delivering mechanical and electrical services into large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects . These projects offer variety, scale, and real impact on London's transport, power, and urban networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across large-scale mechanical and electrical projects
• Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial risks, providing proactive solutions
• Oversee NEC contract administration and subcontractor agreements
• Collaborate across design, procurement, and delivery teams
• Mentor junior QS staff and support the development of the commercial team
