• Manage a sophisticated Court of Protection caseload involving deputyships, capacity and welfare issues, and related trusts
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues

Key requirements

• PQE 6+
• Focused experience in Court of Protection, deputyships, capacity and welfare issues
• Experience with brain injury and catastrophic injury matters
• Ability to manage complex matters and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
