Data and Strategy Director

Overview

In this role you will shape and lead challenger data strategies for a portfolio of clients, driving measurable growth through data, analysis and insight. You’ll work within Brainlabs’ growing Data Strategy community to craft mid-term plans that align with clients’ growth ambitions and media strategy. You’ll translate data into actionable guidance that improves brand performance and media effectiveness, while championing data-driven transformation across planning and activation. This is an opportunity to influence client outcomes at scale, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to Brainlabs’ data strategy capability and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose data challenges and set the overarching strategic vision for key clients
• Drive adoption of AdTech, MarTech, and Brainlabs proprietary Tech for clients
• Create first party data (1PD) strategies and enable access for media execution
• Provide data leadership in pitches, overseeing data and technology across planning and activation
• Contribute to growth and direction of the Data Strategy and wider strategy and planning teams

Key requirements

• Considerable experience delivering data strategies for leading clients within a market or across regions
• Proven ability to translate data into marketing and media effectiveness
• Strong storytelling skills to turn data into actionable insights
• Keen interest in growing and coaching others (knowledge builder)
