Global Corporate Governance Specialist

Overview

In this role you support international entity portfolios and ensure timely compliance across jurisdictions. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines, manage ad-hoc transactions, and cover corporate secretarial needs for clients. The position emphasizes problem solving, organisation, and ability to perform in a fast-paced, often autonomous environment. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and global CSC offices to maintain smooth, compliant operations and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for GSM service needs
• Manage communications from customers and third-party vendors via Salesforce CRM
• Review, respond to, and initiate client requests; handle multi-jurisdictional clients
• Research and evaluate jurisdictional requirements for corporate filings and ad-hoc compliance
• Liaise between customers and CSC offices/vendors to transfer entities to CSC
• Communicate and collect requirements for KYC Due Diligence as needed
• Assist with customer questions and provide status updates
• Facilitate client/vendor calls to provide status updates

Key requirements

• Experience handling clients with extensive global presence
• Experience onboarding GSM clients as a primary point of contact
• Management of communications via Salesforce CRM with customers and vendors
• Leading client calls and handling complex discussions with clients
