Technology Delivery Lead: Cyber Security

Overview

As Security Delivery Lead at Capco, you will steer end-to-end delivery of cyber security initiatives for top financial and energy clients. You’ll coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to convert security priorities into actionable delivery plans, maintaining scope, timelines and outcomes. You’ll govern risks, dependencies and decisions while embedding security-by-design across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments. You’ll promote responsible use of AI tools and automation to boost speed, quality and insight with proper human review. This role offers the chance to shape digital security transformations in a collaborative consulting setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead security projects from initiation to delivery with defined scope, plans and milestones
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across security, engineering, architecture, technology and client teams
• Own governance activities: RAID, status reporting, decision tracking, change control, escalation
• Manage resources, budgets and delivery forecasts aligned to priorities and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate security controls, remediation and DevSecOps improvements with stakeholders

Key requirements

• Proven project management experience delivering cyber security or technology initiatives in complex environments
• Strong delivery management skills including planning, governance and stakeholder reporting
• Solid understanding of security domains (IAM, cloud security, endpoint protection, SIEM, application security, vulnerability management) and familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP
• Experience coordinating delivery across cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments with security architects and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills; interest in AI-enabled ways of working with responsible use
