Japanese speaking Job - Sales Representative

Overview

In this role you will drive cross-border sales and procurement in European ingredients for Asian markets. You will work with European suppliers to secure favorable terms and build strong supplier relationships while also managing customer relationships across Asia. You will collaborate with internal teams and report to the General Manager to ensure smooth order flow and responsive service. Responsibilities

• Source and purchase European food ingredients and products for Asian markets
• Negotiate prices, volumes, and terms with European suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships and product quality
• Prepare costings, quotations, and sales contracts
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across Asia
• Manage orders and handle customer enquiries and claims
• Work closely with internal teams and report to the General Manager

Key requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, including overseas
• Business-level English and Japanese
