Conveyancer - Bath - 3+ Years PQE

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters (sales, purchases, transfers of equity, lease extensions) from exchange to completion
• Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing and property law
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on property law developments
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Navigate negotiations and resolve issues during transactions
• Ensure compliance with legislation and professional standards
• Attend client meetings in-office or externally as required
• Collaborate within the Real Estate Team and wider firm
• Maintain CPD and develop legal knowledge
• Participate in team meetings, marketing initiatives, and business development

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
• Proven experience managing a full caseload from exchange to completion
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage a high volume caseload efficiently
• IT proficiency, including experience with case management systems
